Double trouble.......

......my weekend kitten charges who live 2-doors-up, rarely still and ever hungry (they actually polish off more food a day than my Cash'n'Carrie......despite their comparatively diminutive size!) 

A 4 hour stint round at WorMa's this afternoon, more progress made AND, even better, 2 enquiries and one visit from prospective purchasers who just asked on the off-chance whether we were selling (both local builders looking for a doer-upper, which it definitely is!).....so there's a vague possibility we won't even have to engage the services of an estate agent when we get the house cleared. Obviously we're not holding our breath but.........
