The stag's head other place

I met my colleague Paul for lunch in the The Other Place. There are still a couple of signs that it was once a pub called The stag's head, including this mosaic at the side door.

The rest of the day was less sociable: a couple of hours on campus at the start of the day, then frantic web page editing and email answering until quite late this evening. I didn't achieve everything that I hoped today, but I've done just enough to keep things under control - at least for the time being...
