April weather or snowy as f***

You wouldn't believe it, it snowed ALL day. Up to a metre of snow in mountain regions. The ground wasn't cold enough down at the lake, so it was a slushy, wet business. I LOVED it! Instead of dodging around 300 runners, 50 cyclists and 200 walkers on our lunchtime walk, I met one single woman with her dog who equally rejoiced about the solitude of bad weather days at the lake. 

Met up with a friend and stayed at her place. Djeli hadn't seen her for a long while and wagged her tail hard. Thankfully I do not need to repay her for her porcelain animals as she said it was indeed a bit stupid to put them in shelves on tail's height. 

I have two possible flat shares to look at next week. My favourite so far: A woman living with her German shepherd mix, a guinea pig and a male flatmate. In that order, as far as I recall. We will let the dogs meet up first, and if they agree on liking each other, we humans can sniff our bums and then look at the flat together. I think I like her.
