Flying horses

I passed the small Kelpies on my morning walk to find they are being moved. They were creating a hazard for traffic against the road and when the ambulance crew stationed themselves beside them Scottish canals thought they better do something.

So now they are 20m off the road and in front of the cafe where drivers can't see them so well. I also heard that they were supposed to be in the place of the tin garage at the canal entrance but they forgot to knock the garage down first.

A lovely day preparing my polytunnel for planting which involves lots of digging and moving of compost.
