Copper
Much of Chile's economy depends on copper mining. The shops sell jewellery and souvenirs made of this beautiful warm coloured shiny metal.. We are just having a last look around the shops near our hotel before being picked up to go to the airport.
I liked these but they were a bit bulky to fit in our bags, so I settled for some earrings instead, possibly tomorrows blip, before returning to everyday life!
