16/17 ......... Well I'll actually tell you - this is the outside wall of the Service Animals Relief Area airside in Atlanta (GA) airport.  

Never seen one of these before so I looked on google and it would appear that inside there is some astroturf with a red fire hydrant in the middle, a wash handbasin, a doggy shower and probably ''facilities'' for the owner too - wonderful idea.

It's not the best quality photo but it was hastily grabbed as I stood waiting to board the plane home - I did like the bounding almost-cartoon dogs on it though - bigger dogs here
