Big arms

Mom's lack of wheels, has put a stop to the monthly visits to ME to visit her and her hounds.

Since today was a public holiday, and I was not on taxi duty, I opted to drive to Benoni, to visit, after gym.

Tried STONG BY ZUMBA.  First and last time....... NOT my thing.

Enjoyed the chat.

Really nice to talk to someone who is my intellectual equal, even if we come from different worlds.

PS.  I took my own lunch with............. had to, if I wanted any semblance of  good body chemistry, post lunch.  She has NO IDEA, how to eat healthy !
