It’s been an interesting day.

Started off as normal with work.
One of my clients made this little flower arrangement after we had done her morning cares. We go to her home every day and help her, she is in a wheelchair and unable to do some things. Her wonderful husband is great at looking after her. As a strengthening exercise for her hands and fingers we got her to push the flowers into a piece of oasis,she did great..

The afternoon was a bit different. I finished work at mid day. Had some lunch, Ella was home too. About 20 mins after lunch I felt quite ill, lots of heavy chest pain, and then I vomited! Yuk. I thought it was possibly indigestion. The pain continued though and I decided to go next door to my neighbor for help. She is an advanced Paramedic!
She thought it was tricky to tell whether it was indigestion or a heart attack and told me it was best to go to A& E and get checked out.

She drove me there which was so nice of her.
Anyway I was hooked up to all sorts immediately once there, end results after a few hours was that they were pretty sure I hadn’t had a heart attack but due to my family history of heart issues I need a follow up test next week.
I was discharged and then caught the bus home!

I feel shattered.
