Margaret...
...not climbing on the rocks.
It's been a tough day for us... We went up to Lowestoft to take Mum to the fracture clinic after her fall fortunately the dislocation was straightforward with no bone damage... but very painful. We then settled her in to a residential care home for a spell of respite care. Realistically speaking though it's probably going to be permanent.
On the way home we went via Southwold for a walk on the beach, we really needed to do something... It was bracing to say the least! The photo is of Margaret watching the waves break on the harbour breakwater. The extras are Southwold and the Trinity House Vessel Alert... [Rapid Intervention Vessel (RIV) THV Alert was designed with buoy handling, wreck marking, towing and multibeam and side scan hydrographic surveying capability]
