Dundee's Daffodils
It's always a treat to drive round the ring road in Dundee at this time of year, as there are literally millions of daffodils in bloom. I have never seen so many in any other town or city! This is not the best view of them, but needs must when you are the passenger in a car which has to keep up with the traffic.
We were driving to Carnoustie so that I could get my hair cut from my lovely personal hairdresser, who is worth the long journey and keeps TJ in coffee and biscuits while he is waiting in her lounge:-)
He got back from his visit to his Mum at 12.30 am, the flight having been delayed by over half an hour. At least the plane was flying, unlike many earlier in the day which had been cancelled. A very difficult visit for him, but at least he has a better understanding of the situation now having seen it all for himself. Only time will tell what happens next.
The Extra is a weak rainbow over the houses in the morning, but the rain cleared up and the day was mostly sunny but cold.
