Up and down

A very cold day, a frosty start and sunny at first but then cold and wet.  A day for indoors so John Lewis to use our coffee and cake vouchers.  I can't have any of their cakes as they all may contain traces of nuts, so I asked for the coffee to be large instead, but no "the tills won't allow it"!  After some complaining I was "allowed" a banana instead, which I was happy with.

This is the view from the top floor to the garden area in the basement.  Some of the barbecues are crazy prices!  I saw one that was £2,199!  Really??
