Cherry Blossoms Galore!

At the small nearby park called (incongruously) the  Square de la Mongolfière. It commemorates the first free  hot air balloon flight in 1783 with a human passenger, launched by the  Montgolfier brothers; it landed here after 9 kilometers.  I owe this blip to Marylee, who passed by earlier, and told me about this glorious sight. Sun was intermittent, alternating with partly dark clouds--from which a bit of sleet fell (at 10˚C/50˚F!)--I saw it dancing on the ground.
