Red Arrow

CyclopsJnr had holiday club this morning, then this afternoon he and Cyclops went to the Museum of Flight.  We were pleased to see the new Hawker Hunter as we had been watching Red Arrows videos the other day.  This one flew Red 1 alongside the Concorde that's at East Fortune (the tail is just visible in the background) on a flypast in Edinburgh - nice connection.

CyclopsJnr enjoyed seeing aeroplanes, going in aeroplanes, successfully piloting an airship simulator to a safe landing twice, flying a light aircraft simulator straight into the ground half a dozen times, making paper aeroplanes, and of course having a go with the to plane that drops a magnetic bomb onto a target.

Great fun.
