Meeting Santa

Hubby took a half day from work today and we all went to meet him at Silverburn for lunch. The plan was for H and I to go ice-skating there as I have a voucher for it, but we ran out of time (predictably) as it was just so busy and took ages to park and have lunch. We went to the Handmade Burger Co for a change. H spent some time on the bouncy castle whilst I nipped to Boots, and then we headed to EK to visit Santa's grotto.

H was quite impressed at meeting him, and seemed happy to chat and put her requests in. However, when he removed his hat to reveal his completely bald head (it was in response to her requesting a new Rapunzel wig - so not as random as it sounds), I think this scared her a bit and she wasn't keen to have her picture taken. I managed to convince her to smile once for the camera, and O was more than happy to sit on his knee and grin too. We weren't allowed to take pictures ourselves, so this is H opening her gift from Santa whilst stealing some of hubby's Strawberry Creme from Starbucks.
