A day out in the 'Borders'

Today the sun was shining and the sky was blue, so Ann said, 'Trixie, let's go out for the day.'


…....................Ann is sooooo looking forward to the summer. We're going to have so many adventures together.


Anyway today we went to Peebles where we had a mooch around the shops only window shopping and then I did some recall training on my long lead down by the river (in this Blip). We took lunch with us. Ann had a ham & cheese roll and she didn't share and I had my normal dog food.

 Then we went to Innerleithan, Selkirk and Galashiels.


We quite liked Innerleithan & Selkirk. When we got to Galashiels, big fat hailstones were falling out of the sky and we got absolutely soaked. And we didn't much like Galashiels either. It was full of charity shops and empty shops. Not very exciting for a little collie pup?!


However we had a lovely day out. Got home at about 4.15pm and I've been snoozing ever since. Ann gave me my dinner at 5.45pm but I'm too sleepy to eat it. Apparently she's going to wake me up soon and take me for a little walk because I haven't had a wee since about 8.30 this morning...................


…..............Yes.......................... she's still stressing about my toileting habits.................... but if I don't want to go, then I don't want to go................................. She thinks I must have gone in secret when she wasn't looking????

PS - for those of you who are interested; Ann took me out at 6.15pm and I had the longest wee ever. Lol!
