Waiting For The Miracle

As a compensation for getting up an hour earlier I get to see some more sunrises in Geneva. 
Went to see the sports doc today who prescribed some more physio on the trigger points - going to be painful I think, plus some shockwave therapy. And another MRI..

L went back to dermatologist and is slightly better....

Still watching events in UK with a mixture of fascination and despair.
