Portrait day

A blissfully easy day today... just portrait class and no need to turn out this evening for choir as we had our end of term concert at the weekend.  I am looking forward to watching the Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year this evening.  I loved the colours and the light in the main photo. . and the subject of these two ladies who were comparing notes on how to plait their hair... 
The sitter for my tenth watercolour portrait is the one on the right from the front after she too had plaited her hair back ! (20 minutes today... no drawing)
