About time

Anyone who truly knows me may wonder why this photo didn't appear a long time ago...

Anyway, I now have a Sous-vide wand. Put it to the test today in a rather disastrous experiment with hard boiled egg. Will try again once we have been to the butcher.

No photo for yesterday as we were kept quite busy. The cooker is out, the alcove scrubbed, and we await the arrival of a swanky new cooker tomorrow. I cannot wait to play with an oven that doesn't burn everything!
