House SOLD

1 day on the market, 3 offers and after a bit of negotiation we sold for $1000 over asking with zero conditions. Only problem is they want us out in 6 weeks! Yikes! We sold on my late mother's birthday and I am sure she kindly influenced the quick sale. So nice we don't have to keep our home show-ready any longer.
