Jog On
The day started with a second sports massage - not (quite) as painful as last weeks but came out being able to swing my hips about in all directions for the first time in weeks. I definitely wouldn’t have been able to make my run on Saturday without the first one so maybe the ‘no pain no gain’ phrase is apt.
This evening, for the first time since joining my running group, it was light so we were able to explore off road a bit - yay! Could definitely feel Saturdays efforts though - thankfully we never really do more than 5km.
