I may write in my letter to Santa for some chalk and in the New Year begin scribing positive subliminal messages to the people of Edinburgh.
Would that constitute vandalism or graffiti? I think if the messages are positive ones then this should be acceptable. Bearing in mind it rains a lot here........... so they won't last long!
