The Christmas Tree

and both Children are looking my way!!!!

It's looking even bigger today since it has all settled down. I love it.

Swimming with Rhona today. Hiccups got Rhona out of doing a moving underwater swim with a release. She snorts water out her nose every time, no matter how prepared she looks before going under. She is already getting good at the holding on, doing it independantly already (10 seconds or so). It probably helps that I tell her to hold on to anything and everything she stands and leans against!

Home for leftover curry for me, scrambled egg and cheese for Euan with pear and yogurt for pudding and courgette (not a favourite) then mashed pear and yogurt for Rhona. She is tolerating the tiny lumps of mashed banana and pear and also rice pudding quite well, but definately prefers the smooth stuff.

Rhona is starting to stand alot. If you go to sit her down, she will not bend and wants on her feet. She sometimes lifts her feet one at a time too, as if to walk, but doesn't go anywhere yet. She will stand at the settee or coffee table for a good minute or two before starting to sag a wee bit but it is all progress. I think she dislikes sitting because standing she can see alot and lying down she can crawl anywhere she wants. While sitting, she is stuck.
