African memories

There’s an easy way to tell the African elephants apart from their Asian cousins – their ears! African elephants have large ears shaped like the continent of Africa! Asian elephants’ ears are smaller and shaped like India. Very cool fact to know! I loved watching the African Elephants on our recent trip to South Africa. They are so powerful, large and family oriented! We purchased this watercolor painting as well as several others to remind us of our wonderful trip on safari.
