Tiny glories

Another depressingly anticlimactic day as we achieved absolutely nothing at great cost. I was once told by a senior politician that I could and should stand for office but I’d need to get some real experience and work my way up through the ranks. Current experience suggests they don’t do a great job of it.

But this close up, almost the wee white rose of Scotland, is actually a spiraea and brought at least a little joy.
