In The Occupied Territory

Across the great divide

Once upon a time France and Germany were on opposite sides, during the Second World War, but now in the EU , they seldom cross the great divide, being buddies and all.
Here in front of Union Square their fast food stalls sit just inches apart, the German one in the right sells sausages, whilst it's neighbour sells... I know not what as they are both closed and only the sausage hut has a sign. It is on the other side.
