Breath of Spring

'Tis a chilly day here today so I've been trying to invent a new warming cocktail for the start of April.

This is my favourite so far. Two tablespoons of Baileys and a dash of olive oil topped with a dainty slice of onion. I'm thinking of calling it 'Breath of Spring'! What d'you think?
