NEEDY KNEE

First physiotherapist session this morning which went fairly smoothly until he touched my feet. I am extremely ticklish. Only the odd groan was coming from behind the other curtained cubicles, but not from ours. Of course this morning my knee had decided to go quiet and it was very difficult to explain or rate the pain on a scale of one to ten when it wasn’t acting up. But once it was manipulated I could give some satisfactory yelps. I now have daily exercises until my next appointment in two weeks.
