Baking Day

So when the weather gets tough, the not so tough get baking. It rained. It sleeted. It snowed. Thank you Paul Hollywood for a fantastic apricot couronne  recipe ( that of course does not have apricots in it but dried cherries because I don't have apricots on the shelf as none of us like them) that was the perfect edible for a dreary day.
