Little Haven

I went to a chi gung class in the World Peace Garden this morning. A delightful little place running along the side of Hampstead Heath overground railway station. It’s the same teacher that I go to on Wednesdays. I shall be going again.

My daughter, G (a cousin) and I went for a stroll in Primrose Hill. We had tea and I was given a beautiful card, flowers and gift from my daughter. A lovely day

It was much cooler this morning at 5c with a cold breeze blowing. The sun came out unexpectedly in the afternoon and the temperature rose to 13c for a little while higher than forecast. Very pleasant to be out.
