Rainbow on the Plains

We attended the Rainbow on the Plains Pride march in Hay, NSW. Hay is fairly rural, it took us 5 hours to drove from Canberra, but it was so pleasing to see.

The March wasn’t big, although twice as big as last year, which was its first, so lots of room for it to grow. But everyone there was enthusiastic, the shop owners all decorated their shops with rainbows, and everyone enjoyed it. It was particularly pleasing to see so much community involvement, including the Scouts and Lions. A great day!
