Night Rider

The men in our local Jewish-Hasidic community are sometimes referred to by the semi-affectionate term 'Stamford Hill Cowboy'. This particular fellow lives up to the moniker, zooming up and down our street at speed in his electronic buggy, with little regard for pedestrians.
