Holy Trinity

The ceiling of Holy Trinity, the English church in Funchal. It’s an interesting building which doesn’t look like a typical church at all.
This may be due to a Portuguese law at the time it was built, which prohibited Protestant places of worship from assuming the external resemblance of a church.
Rain again this afternoon but we were chilling out and reading our books, so it didn’t bother us.
Apparently this is my 300th blip.
