James not sniffing a daffodil

As he found a hedgehog in the garden and they are looking at it. It seems very cold for it to be waking up. It only moved a bit along the border today.

He came to join us at 5.45 am old time so after an early breakfast Mr C took them to the woods. When they came back I was cooking lunch so Mr C and Thomas played football for an hour.

In the afternoon we all went up Simonside. I dropped #2 daughter, Mr C and the boys at Lordenshaws then I left the car at the bottom car park, and walked up to meet them. We all did 4 miles and James fell asleep in the car on the way back.

They didn’t get away home till after 5 so I had a relaxing bath before we went over to Chris’s for an early dinner.
