Day 17: on the floor

First day driving again today. Felt good to have some freedom back. We took J to work early and I set about starting my day.

We visited our friends Ziggi & mimi to deliver our first Xmas pressies. Ziggi has lost such an incredible amount of weight, she really is half the person every time I see her. She's done incredibly well.

Stopped by J's work on our way back for a quick gingerbread Xmas tree. Yummy yummy. We've established that La understanding of Xmas so far is that a monster comes down the chimney & the Christmas tree says hohoho. Hmm.

J's out this evening with his dad getting the girls their new shin pads for when they start football in January. I'm praying he doesn't come home with the full west ham kit for them. Much like the west ham pjs and dressing gowns he got them the other year.
