Mothering Sunday

My mother used to call it this and preferred a card with that on it!
My flowers came with salted caramel chocolates from my daughter, and my son sent a box of chocolates too! Lovely cards and phone calls too.
JF slept a lot today - maybe chatting to his son tired him yesterday, much as he enjoyed the visit!
I managed to do a little bit in the garden in the short time the carers were here:
Sowed a tray of cosmos seeds
Hoed half a flower bed
Planted a few late sweet Williams
Refilled both bird baths

Not much sunshine today, but mild and bright.
