13 Today!

Rafi is now back on the ward. It's nice to be back in a calmer environment. I went home yesterday and had my first night in 5 weeks in my own bed which was a much needed break. Colin, Kiera and Luke stayed the night.
Rafi's bed was adorned with banners and balloons to celebrate his birthday and he had 3 school friends visit as well as his family. The hospital kindly put on a buffet tea for us all.
He had some lovely presents including a signed Arsenal football shirt and signed letter from Arsene Wenger wishing him a happy birthday (organised by William's family )
He hasn't been too well for a few days with raised temperature and heart rate and periods when he seems quite distressed. It's not been a week since the last surgery, so I'm hoping this will settle down.
