The Wheel (and the season) Turns

Strelizia regina (Bird of Paradise) blooming at the foot of The Wheel Of Brisbane, which was designed by the London Eye team.

It's been a beautiful blue-sky day today with a touch of autumn in the air. I should add that it's autumn Queensland-style, meaning the temperature fell to 16C in the early hours and rose to 28C this afternoon.
