Curlew

This evening we went on to the Staffordshire Moorland to look for owls. we did see a shortie in a tree but I was pleased to see the return of the curlew onto their breeding ground. In extras we also saw what we thought were deer at a distance but once we walked cautiously closer, initially out of eye line, I think the llama were as surprised to see us as we were to see them. The sunset was magical this evening.

35 points at golf this morning, just a couple of bad holes but happy its a solid start to the season.
