I've been having a bit of bother with my arm so I went for an x-ray this morning. So much has changed in radiography since I last worked about 30 years ago. Everything is done digitally now. By the time I was told to get dressed my x-rays were already available for the radiologist 20 miles away. But the room was the same room I worked in and a shoulder is still a shoulder, positioned in the same way. It was nice to chat to the radiographer who knew some of the folk I had worked with.

I wanted to be out of the house this afternoon and asked if we could have a trip down to Hayes Garden Centre at Ambleside. I couldn't resist a house plant to be blipped another day.
