Spring Winter - still wintery

We've had some relatively warm temperatures recently and if the sun is shining it has real warmth in it. The ice has more-or-less gone from the sea, and even from the big rivers. So there are real signs of spring, but this picture shows why it is is still the spring winter, rather than the real spring. The snow still covers large parts of the mountain and forest floor. Any wind is a chill wind, and that pale sun in the picture brings no warmth at all.
However, it was lovely to be out in the fresh air, by the sea at Smitingen, even if it is a touch chilly at +7°C. 
I'm feeling much more my normal self so I reckon my mild concussion has finally cleared.
