... we enjoyed a beautiful morning at the beach... before we started with garden work at home... we had a fantastic sunny day.. soooo good for the soul... and the best of the day was: my mother was up (out of bed) for the first time after nearly 6 weeks... she was very weak but she sat in the sun for  while... we were so proud of her...!!
