In Precious & Treasured Memory, Aylesford

Mother's Day is such a precious and treasured day and all the more poignant to me as it has been over seven years since my wonderful, beautiful, tough and funny Mum died. I miss her very much - I miss her humour, her steeliness, her life affirming hugs, her smile and her kindness. Somehow this wonderful and stunning magnolia tree in the grounds of the graveyard where she is buried sums up her unique qualities of abundance, care and love - I also loved the sentiment on this gravestone under this beguiling, fleeting in - bloom tree.
