The new building on Broadway and Jefferson that will be offices for the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative are quickly nearing completion.  The speed at which these buildings are constructed boggles my mind.  The tearing up of Broadway has been going on for a few days now and is right where the 'restaurant row' for Redwood City is located.  I was amazed to see people sitting out at the sidewalk tables right by this cacophony having brunch this morning!  Construction dust on my pancakes? No thank you!  :-)
