17.17.17 on the 17th in Oslo

Well, no surprise folks. It's my "17th of the month" concept blip, and I have opted for a watch again. I thought that it was nice to include Oslo since I returned from there yesterday. You will probably also see that this watch face also tells a piece of Norwegian history.
