Easy Does It

Relaxing at home together is these days a rare pleasure, so it was breakfast together before heading out in different directions.
Clare went off for an hours beauty treatment, not that sh needs it, whilst I headed to Helston to visit an elderly housebound Shipmate from the RNA. I had an enjoyable hour or so with Alan who, despite Parkinson’s and breathing difficulties, remains cheerful and upbeat.
