Opened Up

........this is the little flower I blipped a few days ago ( sorry, can't do a link on my phone), now fully opened up and enjoying the afternoon sunshine ( I have now replaced the photo with a better one...........because I can, lol ).

I've somehow managed to do something horrible to my back ( no idea what's happened) ........my lower back is extremely painful in whatever position I'm in ( especially sitting), I'm struggling to walk ( even with a stick ) .......I don't know what to do with myself and just want to cry ........a very unhappy bunny right now :-(((
I staggered out to the garden trying to loosen my back up but it didn't work, so I took this photo of my lovely little plant while I was out there but I only had my phone with me and I certainly didn't feel like staggering inside to get my camera.......I know, I know, just no commitment, some people ;-))
