Notes: Up and did data for IronGirl and then we decided to shut down the Baycare 5K so did all the final data and labels for that. Wasn't feeling good, didn't make coffee and couldn't stand the thought of food or drink. Laid on couch around 1030a and hardly up again. Think I had fever, another bad headache and everything hurt, slept off and on. Finally ate some toast later in day. Awful day.
