Sorry? How much is a dog licence?

My local post office is a sanctuary for postal workers. They are funny, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I think it is where they are sent when they are on the brink of retirement.

The current incumbent has one of the driest senses of humour I have ever encountered. A Franco-Ontarian, he makes the daily chore of picking up my mail a fun experience. 

Canada Post may be the most incompetent of organizations, but its employees are brilliant. Even dogs like them.
