Proud Parent-To-Be

This afternoon my BlipBuddy Mary Jo and I headed out to the heron rookery.  Of course, we timed it wrong and got there when the light was not the best, but we got some nice shots anyway.  I think the best time to get there is about 9:00 AM so we'll have to revise our next trip.  

Any duck lovers out there please see if you can identify the duck in Extra.  The only other black & white duck around here is a bufflehead and I don't think he's one of those.
