Anole
I was glad to see this little guy sunning on the patio while hiding his head in the shadow of part of the chair. Wikipedia says: The Green anole (Anolis carolinensis) (US: /əˈnoʊ.li/ (listen)) is an arboreal anole lizard native to the southeastern United States (west to Texas) and introduced elsewhere. Other common names include the American green anole, American anole, and red-throated anole. It is also sometimes referred to as the American chameleon due to its ability to change color from several brown hues to bright green, and its somewhat similar appearance and diet preferences.
